Dr. Mitchell Kershner is a well-respected Chef and Naturopathic Doctor, widely recognized as the “Healthy Chef Dr.” However, Dr. Kershner faced the challenge of being more known for his culinary expertise than his medical credentials. Our task was to create a brand that balanced both aspects of his identity, ensuring that his dual roles as a chef and doctor were equally represented and respected.

Our Initiative

The objective of this project was to craft a cohesive brand identity for Dr. Mitchell Kershner that accurately reflects his expertise in both culinary arts and naturopathic medicine. By providing a range of branding services, including photography, logo design, business cards, brand board creation, and custom letterhead, we aimed to elevate his professional image and ensure that all elements of his persona coexisted harmoniously. Additionally, we developed a WordPress-based website to serve as the hub for his online presence.

Capturing Dr. Kershner’s Dual Expertise: We conducted a professional photo shoot to capture images that highlight Dr. Kershner’s dual roles as a chef and doctor. These photos are prominently featured on his website and other branding materials, helping to tell the complete story of his professional journey.

Balancing Dual Identities: Our branding efforts focused on creating a visual identity that represents both Dr. Kershner’s culinary and medical expertise. We worked closely with him to develop a brand that feels natural, authentic, and significant to his work and values.

Creating a Holistic Mark: We designed a logo that symbolizes Dr. Kershner’s holistic approach to health and wellness. The logo integrates elements that reflect his commitment to using natural, whole-food-based solutions in his practice, while also acknowledging his culinary background.

Making a Strong Impression: We designed professional business cards that incorporate the new logo and branding elements. These cards serve as an essential networking tool, reinforcing Dr. Kershner’s identity as both a chef and a naturopathic doctor.

Ensuring Consistency: The brand board we created for Dr. Kershner includes guidelines for logo usage, color schemes, typography, and more. This ensures that all branding materials are consistent and cohesive, regardless of where they are used.

Professional Correspondence: Custom letterhead was designed to match Dr. Kershner’s new brand identity, ensuring that all official communications reflect his dual expertise and professional image.

Built on WordPress: We developed a user-friendly, responsive website on the WordPress platform. The site is designed to showcase Dr. Kershner’s services, his philosophy on health and wellness, and his culinary expertise. It includes integrated photography and videography that bring his brand to life online.

Results

The final result was a balanced, cohesive brand identity that successfully integrates Dr. Kershner’s roles as a chef and naturopathic doctor. His new logo, business cards, and website have received positive feedback from clients and colleagues, helping him establish a stronger, more unified professional image.
